01 · The story
In a steep seaside town, a boy who floats free of the ground becomes the neighbours' shared errand, and an old man who can no longer climb the stairs finds the world coming up to meet him, one rope and one lemon tree at a time.

02 · Original concept direction
The early visual intentions behind this world. The finished film may take the story somewhere different.
The miracle is measured in buckets of soil, not superhero flight. Chairs lift a few inches, laundry drifts out from its lines, and neighbors improvise ropes so nobody loses a kettle. The father and daughter disagree over whether their garden should be useful or beautiful; weightlessness gives neither of them an advantage in that argument. Sunstruck 35mm in a steep coastal neighborhood, a curious handheld camera, chalky plaster, cobalt shade, and bougainvillea make an intimate film feel enormous. Every floating object casts a plausible shadow. The ending comes after gravity returns, when the whole block helps carry the first tree upstairs.
For one hour each afternoon, gravity forgets a hillside neighborhood. A father who can no longer climb the stairs and his teenage daughter use those weightless minutes to finish building the rooftop garden he promised her.
