The people behind the work.
AIM is a distributed creative house of directors, producers, cinematographers, designers, strategists, and engineers. Most of us cut our teeth at the agencies and studios that shaped the modern industry — TBWA\Chiat\Day, Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, Havas, BBDO, Leo Burnett, W+K, KNOWN — and brought that craft into an AI-native pipeline. We answer to the work.
Leadership
03
Pakko De La Torre
Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Founder of AIM and architect of its creative vision. Pakko built his craft inside the world's most demanding agencies — TBWA\Chiat\Day, Ogilvy, and Saatchi & Saatchi — before launching AIM. His work has shipped from Tokyo, Dubai, Sydney, Lisbon, and Los Angeles at the intersection of advertising, film, and applied technology. He directs the studio's flagship pieces, sets the bar for craft, and steers AIM's research into AI-assisted production — from previz to finishing. Every brief is filtered through his standard: cinematic ambition and work that holds up frame by frame.

Francisco has held senior posts at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Frito-Lay, served as President of Pepsi Cola Mexicana, Elma Chips, and Mission Foods, and built CBS TeleNoticias into a network across 22 countries. At AIM he sets long-horizon strategy and partners with Google, Cisco-Meraki, and HTC on educational technology programs using AI for measurable social impact.

Paloma has led commercial transformation for the industry's most demanding houses, translating cultural shifts into strategy and product. At AIM she runs the commercial engine for fashion — pairing editorial taste with AI-native pipelines that compress timelines and scale campaigns across markets.

Diego Vegue Castell
Founding Partner, Ghost Influencer
Founding Partner of Ghost Influencer and the brainchild behind the service — AIM's synthetic talent and agentic IP practice. Diego conceived Ghost Influencer as the studio's bet on the future of IP in the AI age: ownable characters, voices, and brand personas that can be authored, directed, and deployed without the brittleness of traditional talent deals. He also builds AIM's growth engine, bringing two decades of brand craft, data rigor, and AI-assisted marketing across Bank of America, Toyota, T-Mobile, Audible, and Nestlé.

Rodrigo Sotero
Founding Partner — VFX & AI Director
Brazilian VFX supervisor and animation director with over 30 years of work built for both cultural reach and commercial brief. Seven hundred-plus advertising projects with recognition at Cannes Lions, El Ojo, The One Show, and Clio, plus VFX and color across 50+ music videos with more than a billion combined views. Since 2023, through Masters VFX Academy, he trains studios to integrate generative AI into real production pipelines — not as a demo, but as a shipping discipline. At AIM he leads the craft layer: director-level taste and technical firepower built to scale.

Lía Borrego

Lía built her foundation in traditional advertising production — budgets, schedules, crews — then moved into AI-enhanced workflows at AIM, using Keyframe, Sequence, and Director to previsualize faster and scale hybrid live-action and VFX without compromising performance or directorial intent. A trained actor with screen credits, she brings rare on-set instinct: protecting performance, anticipating eyelines, translating director notes into language talent feels. Bilingual and cross-market across Los Angeles, CDMX, and Dubai.

A celebrated member of the Mexican Society of Cinematographers (AMC) and Friend Member of Spain's Cinematographers Society (AEC), Fito's award-winning work includes the internationally acclaimed El Fuego Inolvidable.
