This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA.
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers — name, email, business contact details you submit through forms.
- Commercial information — records of inquiries, briefs, or engagement discussions.
- Internet activity — pages viewed, films played, device and browser metadata.
- Professional information — role, company, and territory shared in business contexts.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information about children under 16.
Purposes
To operate the site, respond to inquiries, evaluate engagements, secure the Services, measure performance in aggregate, and comply with law.
Sources and disclosures
We collect information directly from you, automatically through standard site analytics, and from service providers (hosting, email, embedded video players). We disclose the categories above only to service providers and contractors bound by written agreements, and where required by law.
Sale or sharing of personal information
AIM does not sell personal information and does not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@aimworld.ai with the subject line “CCPA Request.” We will verify your identity using information reasonably necessary and respond within the timelines required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for written authorization.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing. AIM does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.
