Terms of Use.
Last updated · June 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the AIM World website, the AIM Previz public demos, and any related services, content, or AI-generated material we publish (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by AIM World and its affiliated entities (“AIM,” “we,” “us”). For company details see Our companies.
2. Use of the Services
You may browse the Services for personal, non-commercial information and for evaluating AIM for potential engagement. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the site;
- use the Services to train machine-learning models without our written permission;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of AIM Previz or any AIM tooling;
- interfere with security, rate limits, or normal operation; or
- use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right.
3. Intellectual property
The Services, the AIM word mark, AIM Previz, HYP3D, all software, designs, copy, films, stills, and case-study material are owned by AIM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. Client logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown for portfolio purposes only. No license is granted by implication.
4. AI-generated and previz content
Some material on the Services is produced with generative AI as part of AIM Previz, applied research, or finished delivery. Where this is meaningful to a viewer we say so. AI-assisted work shown on the site has been reviewed by humans, but generative outputs may contain inaccuracies; nothing on the site should be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
5. Submissions
If you send us briefs, decks, reels, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant AIM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to read, store, and evaluate it internally. We do not accept unsolicited creative ideas for production; if you send them anyway, you agree we have no obligation of confidentiality and no liability for similar work we may already be developing.
6. Third-party links and embeds
The Services embed third-party players (Vimeo, YouTube, Google Drive) and link to partner sites. AIM is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AIM does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. AIM's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to USD 100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AIM harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or any law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a different forum.
