A Snapchat AR experience for the theatrical release of The Addams Family 2, commissioned by United Artists. The filter was distributed through Snapcodes placed on lobby standees in more than three thousand theaters across the United States, France, Finland, and additional markets, allowing audiences to step into the family's RV without leaving the cinema queue.
The experience has driven more than 750,000 global activations to date, with a build optimized for the older devices common in theatrical foot traffic.
