Primesay — The Launch
The global launch campaign for Primesay — a decentralized civic platform built on PSID, a portable identity that lets people own their voice, their vote, and their data. Two manifesto films: "Phoenix," a cinematic parable of Human Collective Intelligence rising against the constricting serpent of extractive data, and "The Key," the platform reveal that puts sovereignty back in the hands of the many.
The brief was to launch a category, not a product. Primesay isn't another social app — it's a re-architecting of the relationship between people and the platforms that hold their identity. The films had to make that argument at a mythic scale: legible in three seconds on a feed, and holding under a full-length watch.
"Phoenix" runs as a wordless parable. A red serpent of data — circuits, cables, chains — winds through the everyday: a man on his phone in the rain, a commuter on a bus, a driver in traffic. The world constricts. Then the sky breaks, and a phoenix of collective intelligence descends and devours the serpent. The final ember resolves into a single glyph — PSID — the key each viewer is invited to claim.
"The Key" is the platform film. A cathedral of servers, a circle of people at terminals, and a single lightning-lit column carrying data back to the perimeter — the visual grammar of a system where the many, not the few, hold the keys. Together the two films frame the same argument from opposite ends: the cost of not owning your identity, and the architecture that finally lets you.
AIM led the work end-to-end for Primesay direct: strategic framing of the Human Collective Intelligence narrative, script and shot-blocking through AIM PREVIZ, generative production of both films on the studio's stack, and the finish that carried them from launch teaser through the homepage hero on primesay.com.
