The brief

Kenzo Mundo is a brand film developed for the maison's cross-collection world-building program — a saturated, sculptural universe in which Kenzo's silhouettes inhabit a constructed graphic architecture rather than a runway. AIM partnered on direction and production, with the entire piece blocked, lensed, and pre-lit inside AIM Previz before a single set was painted.

The brief asked for a single visual register that could carry editorial portraiture, full-look fashion plates, and abstract macro inserts without breaking tone. AIM answered with a palette anchored in tiger orange, jade, hot pink, and brushed gold, then designed every set, costume placement, and camera move against that palette inside Previz so the production team could approve the world before committing to build.

AIM Previz drove the entire pre-production: shot blocking, lens choice, set proportions, and color blocking were composed and reviewed as a sequence of still frames and animated tests, giving the wardrobe, scenic, and beauty departments a locked visual target. Live capture then matched the Previz one-for-one, with AI-extended graphic backdrops and CG architectural elements finished through the studio's standard editorial and grade pipeline.

An AIM production for Kenzo.
