01 · The story
In a flooded landscape, a mother and son live in a house that moves through the water, carrying them toward a place to belong.

02 · Original concept direction
The early visual intentions behind this world. The finished film may take the story somewhere different.
A modest timber house crosses a flooded plain at the speed of a pedestrian. There are no legs, engines, or theatrical transformations: each dawn its veranda simply faces a different field. Mother and son eat, argue, and discover old repairs while their neighbors follow in a borrowed boat. The house wants a destination the mother knows no longer exists, turning the journey into a disagreement between inheritance and freedom. Wide 35mm, weathered green paint, silver water, and red bedding photographed through open windows give the impossible a documentary weight. The last location is not a restored past but a place where both generations agree to stop moving.
When the old family house begins moving a few meters each night toward a demolished village, the woman who fought hardest to leave must travel inside it with the son who has never seen where she came from.
