Studio Operations Manager
Run the day-to-day of AIM's Los Angeles studio — finance, vendors, facilities, and crew coordination — so the creative work has nothing in its way.
What you'll do
- Own the studio P&L, vendor contracts, and crew booking.
- Liaise with regional partners, freelancers, and government stakeholders.
- Build the operating system that lets the studio scale without losing craft.
Who you are
- Eight+ years in studio, production, or agency operations.
- English fluency; multilingual a plus.
- On-the-ground experience in Los Angeles required.
