Head of Virtual Production

Run AIM's LED-volume and real-time stage practice — turning Previz briefs into live, on-set capture.

What you'll do

  • Own the volume stack: brain bar, color science, tracking, and Unreal integration.
  • Partner with directors and DPs from concept through final pixel on set.
  • Spec and standardise the kit across our LA and mobile stages.

Who you are

  • Seven+ years in virtual production with on-set credits on long-form or commercials.
  • Deep Unreal Engine and ICVFX experience; fluent in nDisplay, Switchboard, and OSC workflows.
