Collaborating with Juxt Interactive and Lexus, Pakko played a pivotal role in developing an innovative app designed to function seamlessly on both stand-alone tablets and dealership screens. The app had two key objectives: providing an intuitive user interface for prospective car buyers and integrating with the dealer’s real-time sales database. This enabled tailored messages to be sent directly to customers’ phones during their research or purchase process.
Additionally, the project included the creation of a user-friendly CMS, empowering Lexus marketing teams to update content effortlessly in real-time.
